For disinfection of high risk areas i.e. ICU, ICCU, OT, neo-natal, oncology department, trauma care, pharmaceutical sterile sections etc. Spray over all surfaces with a hand compression (pneumatic) sprayer. Fumigate the critical areas as and when required.
Standard guidelines for mopping and spraying:
(a) at 2% weekly: 100 ml Torcilocid concentrate in 5 litres of water
(b) at 1% alternate days: 50 ml Torcilocid concentrate in 5 litres of water
(c) at 0.5% daily: 25 ml Torcilocid concentrate in 5 litres of water
Fumigation Guideline:
1 cubic meter=3.28 ft. length X 3.28 ft. breadth X3.28 ft. height = 35.28 cubic ft. require 5 ml of TorcilocidTM Concentrate.
For operation theatre size of (X) cubic ft. TorcilocidTM Concentrate requirement will : (X) X 5 ml ÷ 35.28= (Y) ml of TorcilocidTM Concentrate.
Dilution for fumigation:
For 1 ml TorcilocidTM Concentrate water requirement will be approximately 7.5 ml.
For (Y) ml of TorcilocidTM Concentrate water requirement will be: “Y” ml (TorcilocidTM Concentrate) X 7.5 ml of water =Z ml of water
