Area of Application:

Torosept in Surgery:

Torosept in Prepping of site prior to incision:

Ten minutes prior to incision paint the operative and peri-operative area for 2 minutes with sterile swab dipping in Torosept (One swab for 2-3 bands). Allow the area to dry about 30 seconds & re-paint as before and allow to dry.

Cover the disinfected area with sterile towels, leaving the incision site open

Torosept in Post – Closure

Apply Torosept gently on and around the operation site, to clean it thoroughly.

Dress the wound with a sterile dressing moistened in Torosept

Torosept in minor injuries

Torosept is a complete antiseptic, doesn’t require additional support. Use for Cleaning and dressing minor lacerations, CLW, Injection sites

Preparation for invasive investigations (scopys, catheterisation etc.)

Composition:

Each 100 gms Contains: 2- Propanol-63gms; Benzalkonium Chloride - 0.025 gms

Precautions:

Allow Torosept to dry before using electrical Apparatus. Protect eyes from direct contact. Do not use in presence of an open flame. Keep away from children
